This layout is ideal for municipalities (government sites, associations, etc.) but any company can use this design to look their best. This is the WordPress site design that our client Detroit Beach Association choose for their informational website along with a new logo for the association, which you can see on the home page. It contains most requested resident forms and newsletters to create a 24/7 presence to save residents a trip into the office. This site has a blog installed too so they can post their latest news. Wanting to create something different from other home owner associations, we added some automation to the site (a motion header of the lake on the home page).
